To ensure your orders arrive on time for the holidays, please note the following shipping deadlines:
• Orders within the EU – Place your order by Sunday, December 15th, at 1:00 PM.
• International Orders – Place your order by Wednesday, December 11th, at 1:00 PM.
Please keep in mind that we do our best to deliver your packages on time. However, unexpected delays with shipping carriers may occur. We recommend placing your order early to avoid any issues.

When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or holidays. If you have made a purchase on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been handed over to the courier company. Orders placed after 12:00 (Central European Time) will not be processed until the following business day.

How long does delivery take?
We use Austrian Post and UPS as our main shipping partners within the European Union, and they can deliver your package within 1-4 days after it leaves our warehouse. Shipping outside the European Union may take up to 10-14 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information and a link to track your order. You can also track your order here .
What happens if the address I entered was incorrect?
If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to change the address and will be responsible for all costs incurred on the return journey to us. All address corrections are subject to security checks and may be rejected by us without giving any reason.
How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. For more information on returns, please see our returns page.
Do you ship to PO boxes or collection points?
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or pickup locations.
Does Yoga Junkies cover duties, taxes and fees for international customers?
When orders are shipped internationally, import taxes/duties/customs fees may apply once your package arrives in the country. These charges are not included in our shipping charges you paid on www.yogajunkies.com. The charges (if applicable) will be collected from you upon delivery.
Therefore, we ask that you consider these charges prior to ordering as we have no control over your country's potential charges. To be safe, please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur. In addition, international orders must go through customs and manufacturer clearance, which may cause delays to your original delivery estimate.

What if I reject my shipment?
If you refuse your shipment for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, any import taxes/duties/customs fees incurred for delivery, and the original shipping amount. The total amount of the charges listed above will be deducted from your refund.

You can make a claim for a parcel if it has not been delivered within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date and time. If we are made aware of the problem outside of this time frame, it is unlikely that you will be able to make a courier claim. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Before contacting us, make sure you have checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the front entrance, porch, backyard, garage, garden, and any areas away from potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who may have picked up the package, such as your neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us.
Please make sure to include your full name, order number, address, and carrier tracking number in your message.
We do not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package that has been left outside for an extended period of time. We do not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, and we do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
