What is your return policy?
We know you will love your order, but if something doesn't work out, we gladly accept returns for products purchased from yogajunkies.com that are unused, unaltered, unworn and unwashed in saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Purchases must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, parts and tags intact. Returns of items with damaged product packaging, missing accessories, tags or parts will be subject to a €5 replacement fee. Items that have been misused, altered or used improperly are not eligible for return (i.e. normal wear and tear, abrasion, creases due to improper storage or accidents). Please note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are subject to the same standards as stated above for returns. Please read the terms above to see if your item is eligible for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of your return shipment, but we will be happy to ship your exchanged item free of charge.
What does final sale mean?
Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. Final sale items include: Gift Cards & Digital Products.
What if my return is lost or damaged?
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and the package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Please use a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number and keep proof of receipt until we have received your return. Please package your return to ensure a safe and successful return to us. Any items that are soiled or damaged will be deducted from your refund amount.
Do you accept returns from third party sellers?
We do not accept returns from third-party sellers. Purchases made outside of YogaJunkies.com are not covered by our return policy. Returns of items purchased from Amazon or another retailer must be processed according to that retailer's return and exchange policy. Only the retailer you made your purchase from can issue a refund or exchange.
What happens when my return arrives at the Yoga Junkies warehouse?
All items will be inspected upon receipt. If the returned items are dirty or damaged, we may not refund the full purchase amount.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be fully credited to the original method of payment within 5-14 business days of receipt at our warehouse. If your order was purchased with store credit, your refund will be issued in the form of new store credit that can be used to shop at yogajunkies.com.
